So basically, since Creality released there SonicPad Update with which you can get the root password easily, i tought about installing octoprint on this Sonic Pad. You can install Octoprint pretty easy with pip. But there is a problem: the SonicPad has no package sources. So I tried to use the OpenWRT package sources, since there is the same package manager. The problem is that in order to run proberly with pip, gcc is required. To this day I have no Idea how to install gcc on that thing. So if you have any ideas of how to run octoprint on there, please comment about it. The only thing I did was to change the /etc/opkg/distfeed.conf to those from OpenWRT. It has the package database but the opkg manager always says, that it cannot find the packages i try to install. Not even GNU Nano. If I find something new, I will write that here.
